Jealous housewife kills husband, mate

Sunday Tribune "Authorities of the Niger State Police Command have nabbed a house wife, identified as Ramatu Yakubu, following allegations that she was responsible for the death of her husband, one Yakubu Baraje and her mate, Hadiza Yakubu.

The incident was said to have taken place last weekend in Angwar Kurmi area of Madaka district in Rafi Local Government Area of the state.

Sunday Tribune investigation revealed that the relationship between Ramatu, her mate and their husband became testy some years back, after Ramatu allegedly observed that her husband, Malam Yakubu, had developed more feelings for her mate, Hadiza a situation that did not go down well with her."
