Superbug ‘will strike again’

Daily Dispatch: "Nurses at Cecilia Makiwane Hospital (CMH) fear more killer superbug outbreaks, claiming the Eastern Cape Department of Health has done nothing to prevent infections that led to a number of baby deaths earlier this year.
The fears come amid a final report into the superbug outbreak at the hospital earlier this year, which a local expert described as “flawed”.
Nurses working in the neo-natal wards at CMH yesterday also confirmed that “zero changes” had taken place since a Daily Dispatch expos� on the situation."
