Kaunda hospitalised

New Era: "WINDHOEK – Zambia’s first president, Dr Kenneth Kaunda, was last week admitted to a Windhoek hospital with a “terrible headache”, New Era has learnt.

Yesterday, Dr Kaunda’s daughter, Catherine, who was hesitant to speak to New Era, confirmed that her father was admitted in a Windhoek hospital.
Initially, she said he went for observation.

But, she added that he was admitted for a “terrible headache”. “I’m not the right person to speak to. Why don’t you call the High Commissioner,” she said."
