Ouattara to ask ICC to probe Ivory Coast massacres


Ivory Coast's main city is trying to get back to normal but 10 days of fierce fighting for control of Abidjan have left deep scars.

The winner in the power struggle - internationally recognised president Alassane Ouattara - said his priority is to restore security and basic services.
