Rainstorm kills one, destroys houses in Zamfara

NIGERIAN TRIBUNE : "ONE person was reported dead while many people were hospitalised following a downpour in Maradun and Talata Mafara local government areas of Zamfara State.

Nigerian Tribune findings revealed that about 500 houses across the two local government areas were destroyed, leaving many people homeless.

The disaster occurred last Wednessday affecting houses at Talata Mafara and the state polytechnic, leaving a student of the institution seriously injured."
