Water crisis deepens Zimbabwe's cholera epidemic

With the government barely functioning, Zimbabwe's cholera epidemic continues to claim thousands of lives.

More than 4,000 people have died from the disease since the outbreak began last August.

Widespread water shortages and the collapse of the health system have made matters worse.
