The crisis in Zimbabwe has driven millions of its citizens to seek refuge in neighboring countries. Many are fleeing political repression while others are escaping the effects of the collapse of the economy and public services. This has created a host of problems for South African officials -- ranging from the spread of disease to caring for unaccompanied children.
