Nkunda arrested in Rwanda; Kinshasa demands extradition

IN THE FIELD: Congolese Tutsi rebel leader Laurent Nkunda has been arrested in Rwandan territory by the Rwandan army. The former army general, who has headed up a rebellion against the DRC since 2004, is wanted by Congolese authorities.
