What's SA's worst enemy?

Daily News: "The SA Human Rights Commission (SAHRC) warned on Thursday that poverty, crime and racism posed a serious threat to the country's long-term stability.

The SAHRC said poverty and inequality were the gravest human rights concerns for the country."
