Police arrest man with six decomposing heads, genitals

The Punch: "The police in Lagos on Friday arrested a 45-year-old man, Sunday Taiwo, with six decomposing human heads and male genitals."
The police also arrested another man, Abayomi Simeon, with 13 bags of Indian hemp and 20 pieces of electronic gadgets including television sets, mobile phone sets and CD players. Both men were arrested at different times by police patrols in the Mushin area of Lagos.
