Obasanjo ordered illegal deductions from Federation Account – RMFAC

The Punch: "The Chairman of the Revenue Mobilisation and Fiscal Allocation Commission, Alhaji Hamman Tukur, told the House of Representatives Committee on Power and Steel on Thursday that former President Olusegun Obasanjo made “illegal deductions” from the Federation Account to fund power projects."
