Nigeria's presidency victory questioned

Africast Global Africa Network- News: "A second Nigerian opposition candidate has asked the Supreme Court to overturn an election tribunal ruling that upheld President Umaru Yar'Adua's victory in the April 2007 election, court papers showed Saturday.
Court papers lodged by defeated candidate Atiku Abubakar and made available to AFP listed 39 points to back the motion."

Kate Kainja passes away
