Name, prosecute EPA suspects, activists say

Sunday Citizen Newspaper: "Local activists yesterday challenged the team investigating the multi-billion shilling External Payment Arrears (EPA) scandal to name all individuals who have returned funds looted in the scam.

Speaking in Dar es Salaam, lawyers and human rights activists also questioned the rationale of allowing the suspects to return billions of shillings paid to them irregularly without being arrested and prosecuted.
