Morgan Tsvangirai claims victory in Zimbabwe

Telegraph: "'This time round we'll finish him off,' said one middle aged woman, queuing along with at least 1,000 others to vote at a polling station in a tent in the town of Chitungwiza 20 miles south of Harare.
