President Koroma Visits Hospitals across the City in Sierra Leone: "In his usual simplistic manner as the people’s leader, His Excellency the President, Dr Ernest Bai Koroma made New Year’s Day visits to various hospitals in the city to meet and condole sick people.
According to State House, the main purpose of the President’s visit was to give hope to the sick and destitute to let them know that the government cares for them.
In the various hospitals visited, patients were encouraged not to lose hope as sickness is not the end of one’s life. He prayed for all hospitalized for God to perform miracles for them."
