Muntari gives Ghana perfect start

Ghana Broadcasting Corporation "Portsmouth midfielder Sulley Muntari struck in the last minute to lift hosts Ghana to a 2-1 win against Guinea in the opening game of the CAF Africa Cup of Nations on Sunday.
