Voting is delayed in Kuresoi

Kenya Broadcasting Corporation:: "Displaced voters from Kuresoi constituency had not started voting by 2 pm Thursday.
The electoral commission of Kenya (ECK) has set up two temporary polling stations at Moto Primary School and the border of Molo and Kuresoi for the displaced voters.
The voters had arrived at the stations as early as 5 am but the exercise was delayed with reports saying the ECK had not delivered ballot papers and stationary.
By the time the ECK delivered the materials it was discovered that some of the ballot papers had not been sealed."
