Violent storm lashes Harare

The Zimbabwe Herald: "A HEAVY thunderstorm lashed some parts of Harare on Monday night, uprooting trees, cutting electricity lines and plunging parts of the city into darkness. The violent storm, which the Meteorological Services Department said was blowing at about 40 kilometres per hour, started at around 9pm and pounded the capital until the early hours of yesterday morning."
