U.K Muslim peers fly to Sudan in rescue attempt: "After two days of demonstrations on the streets of Khartoum by angry citizens objecting to what they see as a light sentence for a British schoolteacher, two British Muslim members of the House of Lords have flown to Sudan for talks. Lord Ahmed and Baroness Warsi have launched their own negotiations with Sudan and are expected to meet Sudanese President Omar al-Bashir and the chief justice. "
