Teen commits suicide after failing matric

Cape Times: "An 18-year-old girl shot herself after failing her final matric exams in Malamulele, Limpopo police said on Saturday.

Inspector Alson Mapindani said Kaya Mabasa from John Mbhedle Highschool in Shihosana Village shot herself in the head after discovering she failed her matric exams on Friday morning at around 8am."
