Mutharika hints of arrests, refuses Muluzi medical tour

Nyasa Times - Malawi "President Bingu wa Mutharika has disclosed that the Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) will soon arrest and prosecute people suspected of being corrupt during the tenure of former president Dr Bakili Muluzi. Mutharika, speaking Sunday, at a political meeting at Mbang’ombe in Lilongwe the constituency of Ted Kalebe, said the suspects’ files were ready. 'The files are ready only waiting for the bell to ring in my head,' said the President without naming the people. Mutharika denied recently as pure speculation reports that his government is planning to arrest Muluzi."
