Kenya imposes curfew

The Times "Nairobi - Kenyan authorities imposed a curfew in the city of Kisumu wracked by post-election violence, with police ordered to shoot any violators, a senior police official said.
“A day-time curfew (6:00 am - 6:00 pm) has been imposed in Kisumu. Police have been ordered to shoot violators,” the official told AFP on condition of anonymity."
