Kenya awaits vote result, Kibaki urged to concede

Reuters: "NAIROBI (Reuters) - Opposition leader Raila Odinga called on Sunday for his rival President Mwai Kibaki to concede defeat in an election -- but a confident government party laughed that off as Kenyans waited anxiously for final results.
'We do not want to plunge this country into chaos,' Odinga said, also demanding a partial recount of Thursday's presidential votes in the presence of observers and media."
