Kahinda Otafiire voted worst minister

New Vision Online"LOCAL government minister Kahinda Otafiire was voted the worst-performing minister of the year by The New Vision readers. In this year’s survey, which received a total of 3,077 responses, the readers blamed Otafiire for his involvement in the controversial sale of Kampala’s markets.

Internal affairs minister Dr. Ruhakana Rugunda was voted the best-performing minister. He was praised for his role in the peace talks with the Lord’s Resistance Army."
