Charge against Judge Motata dropped

The Times "A charge of driving under the influence of excessive amounts of alcohol has been dismissed, as the state could not prove how much alcohol was in Motata’s blood at the time of the accident.

It had emerged earlier in the trial that there had been an error in recording the blood sample taken at the time of Motata’s arrest."
