Atiku Asks Court To Reject Iwu's Defence

Guardian Newspapers: "FAR from relenting, former Vice President Atiku Abubakar yesterday pursued his quest to secure a judicial nullification of the last April's presidential elections.
At another sitting of the Court of Appeal in Abuja, the former presidential candidate of the Action Congress (AC) in the April polls urged rejection of the responses provided by the Chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) Prof. Maurice Iwu to his interrogatories because they contradicted the electoral chief's earlier position."
