Maj. Mutale’s aide arrested campaigning for Raila

The Weekly Observer "A diplomatic row is simmering between Uganda and Kenya after Nairobi arrested a self-styled Ugandan security agent reportedly campaigning for opposition leader Raila Odinga in the disputed elections.
The Weekly Observer has learnt that Hakeem Asiimwe Lukenge, who was last year disowned by State House, which he claimed to work for, was arrested by Kenyan authorities shortly after the December 27 elections. This followed suspicion that he was carrying out clandestine work on behalf of Raila Odinga of the Orange Democratic Movement (ODM)."
