School Bell-Bomb: Uganda School 'Saved By The Bell' Inspectators

The Post Chronicle "I don't know about you but I couldn't wait for the school bell to ring when I was a kid. In Uganda, a mine awareness team found out an unexploded bomb was being used as the school bell.
The Daily Monitor reported that the Anti-Mine Network organization saw teachers banging the bomb with stones to call children to lessons in a 700-pupil school in a rural area.'"
