News24 Margate - After 16 years, a man has finally been arrested for the murder of Margate resident Heinrich Bense, 70.
The wheels of justice may turn slowly in SA, but at least they still turn, said Bense's son.
Bense was stabbed in his home on March 31 1992 after presumably surprising a robber.
