No amnesty for perpetrators of crimes

Kenya Broadcasting Corporation:: "Perpetrators of atrocities against humanity that gripped the country during and after the disputed general election will not be given amnesty.
Members of the mediation team however said petty offenders such as demonstrators might be spared."
