Kenya leak 'not company's fault'

BBC NEWS "A Ugandan mining company implicated in a toxic leak near the Kenyan port city of Mombasa has denied any responsibility for the incident.
The Kasese Cobalt Company Limited (KCCL) says it is trying to understand what happened to a consignment of nitric acid which was dumped in Kipevu."
