Central African leader pardons jailed journalist

Reuters.com: "BANGUI (Reuters) - Central African Republic President Francois Bozize has pardoned a newspaper editor who was jailed for six months for accusing government ministers of corruption, according to a decree published on Saturday.
A court convicted Faustin Bambou, editor of the privately owned weekly Les Collines de l'Oubangui, in January of 'inciting revolt, insults and libel' over an article accusing two ministers of improperly receiving money from a French company."
