Bhisho HR boss ran jobs company

Daily Dispatch: "THE human resources head of the Eastern Cape Department of Safety and Liaison has been suspended after it emerged she was running her own recruitment agency despite being employed by the department.
Thozama Nundze was suspended on Friday last week."
