Drowning crisis in Western Cape:

News24: "Johannesburg - Rescuers responded to seven cases of drowning or near drowning in the Western Cape on Thursday, the National Sea Rescue Institute (NSRI) said.
Spokesperson Craig Lambinon said the NSRI responded to calls in Saldanha Bay, Swartvlei Lagoon, Plettenberg Bay, Struis Baai, Pringle Bay and Gordon's Bay."
