Monitor Online "According to tabulations by Daily Monitor based on the results released by the Uganda National Examinations Board (Uneb), the districts of Wakiso, Kampala, Mukono, Bushenyi, Jinja, Masaka, Luwero, Mbarara, Mpigi and Kabale came out on top. (See table on district performance)
Wakiso, a district with most of the schools that have consistently emerged top over the decades, had 3,292 candidates passing in division one. This represents 16 percent of the total number of candidates in the district."
