Chad rebels in capital, while foreigners fly out

Radio Netherlands Worldwide "N'Djamena - In Chad, thousands of rebel troops have marched on the capital N'Djamena and surrounded the presidential palace. A rebel leader says President Idriss Déby is free to leave the building. The rebels claim they have taken the capital, but this is disputed by the government."
